Our Square Self-Standing Columns offer a four distinct flat sides that give your graphics a clean, architectural display At an impressive 6-foot height, each face of the column is its own full canvas, your artwork crisp and fully visible from four directions simultaneously.
We offer multiple sizes and styles, all tall enough to command a room, substantial enough to feel intentional — and straightforward to assemble and set up without any tools or technical crew.
Square Column kits arrive with the four graphic sides already assembled into the column body — the hard work is done before the box even opens. All you need to do on-site is install the square foam core frame into each end of the column, stand it upright, and place it over your light source. That’s the entire setup process.
A Note on Height
Our most effective and best-proportioned size is 14.5″ × 14.5″ × 6′. We can build square columns up to 8 feet tall, but in our experience the taller height makes the column look a little too slender relative to its footprint — the proportions work against the overall impact. At 6 feet, the column looks substantial, intentional, and balanced. It’s the size we recommend for nearly every application, and the one that photographs best.

One of the practical advantages of a square column over a round one is how much more naturally artwork adapts to the format. Rather than wrapping a continuous graphic around a curved surface — which requires careful template work to avoid distortion — a square column divides its graphic into four equal flat sections. Each panel is essentially a straight, upright rectangle, and your artwork sits on it exactly as designed.
This makes the square column especially well suited to displaying four distinct graphics — sponsor logos, partner organizations, event themes, or rotating brand messages — one per face. It also works beautifully with a single graphic repeated across all four sides, or a panoramic design that flows across multiple panels.
As with our round columns, square columns work particularly well when your event is displaying graphics on screens. Repeating the same key visual on your columns alongside the stage creates a cohesive, room-wide branded environment that feels fully designed from floor to ceiling.
Stage & Backdrop Settings
Four flat, glowing faces positioned alongside a stage create a powerful visual complement to on-screen event graphics. The columns and the screens reinforce each other, filling the room with a consistent branded presence.
Event Entrances & Foyers
A pair of square columns at a venue entrance makes an immediate architectural statement. Clean, geometric, and glowing — they signal that the event inside has been thoughtfully designed.
Trade Show Booths
Height and geometry work together on the trade show floor. A square column is visible from multiple aisles simultaneously, with four distinct graphic faces turning in every direction to catch the eye of passing attendees.
Galas, Fundraisers & Awards Ceremonies
Line the perimeter of a ballroom or frame a stage with square columns and the entire room takes on a more polished, elevated character. Four branded faces mean your identity is visible from every corner of the space.
Corporate Events & Conferences
Square columns are a natural fit for corporate settings where precision and professionalism matter. Four distinct panels can carry four sponsors, four divisions, or four key messages — a versatile branding tool at any scale.
Very simple. The column body arrives pre-assembled — just install the square frame in each end, apply the double sided tape, stand it up, and place it over your light source. Done in minutes.
Absolutely. Each panel is independent, so you can run four distinct designs — sponsor logos, partner brands, event messaging — one per face.
Our recommended and best-proportioned size is 14.5″ × 14.5″ × 6′. Custom heights up to 8′ are available, though we generally recommend 6′ for the best visual balance.
