We offer an optional foam core insert — a square insert cut to the exact dimensions of your shade — that sits inside the base of the shade and rests on our foam core base. This lifts the entire piece off the table for a more finished, polished look.
Artwork & Graphics
Each of the four panels is a distinct graphic surface — your artwork wraps consistently around all four sides so your branding reads clearly from any direction. Logos, event names, sponsor graphics, seasonal designs, and custom patterns all work beautifully. We’ll send you a template built to your chosen size; simply place your artwork and send it back for production.

LED Light Source Square Open Shades are designed to work with standard LED puck lights in battery-operated or rechargeable options. We’ll send you links to our recommended light sources when you place your order.
Square Open Shades are crafted from printed backlit media, precision-creased and pre-scored so each fold is clean and sharp. Assembly is simple: each shade arrives flat, pre-creased at all four corners, with just one last seam to close. Peel the adhesive strip, bring the two edges together, and your shade snaps into its final square form. The adhesive is forgiving — if the seam needs a small adjustment on the first try, you can gently reposition until it’s perfectly aligned.
The open top allows light to escape upward, creating a warm ambient glow above the shade while the LED inside illuminates your graphics outward through all four panels. The result is a crisp, luminous centerpiece with your brand visible from every seat at the table and beyond.

We ask for a minimum of 4 weeks from artwork approval to delivery. If your timeline is tighter, reach out — we’ll do our best to work with you.
